(REPOST) I have an appoitmemt with a MAXFAC this summer.

I’m recessed and my mandible is downward grown and narrow. My gonial angle is also really high (145°). My undereyes are pretty recessed too. The problems start right under my lower eyelid. I want to address all these issues with the maxfac and get forward growth and lower the gonail angle and get undereye support.

I also have TMJD so first thing is fixing before playing with bones because that’s functional. Health first. Then all the aesthetics. I’m 17 almost 18.
