I've been lifting for 2 years, finished the cut, and I'm doing main gains for football. I am 140 lbs, 5'8 ", and 16 years old. I kinda already know my rating, so please just offer advice on what I should do. This summer I am doing Aqaulyx, so if you have any tips on that, then pls share them. Also, rate what I am currently and tell me whether or not I have potential.
