is it realyy worth to get on 10+IUs of hgh or like 5-7 is enough, answears in the community is really spread out and i dont know how much would be the best
i want to run like a 4-6month height stack with AI but still figuering out dosage

12iu minimum but like said earlier 0.07mg/kg is the average dose calculator although higher is better so its up to you
