No, he did just better than 2016, because he did very bad with minorities in 2016.

But other Republicans had more Latino voters. For example, Bush had 40% of Latinos in 2004, Trump had less than 30% in both of his elections. And Asians were not always so heavily pro-Democrat as they are now. The only part that is true is that Trump did slightly better with black voters in 2020 than 2016.
