Anyone who has any knowledge on surgerons who give good rhinoplasty results on people with thick skinned noses please comment in this thread. Need to make an investigation as to which surgeons are good at this with good results months to years post op.

It's not a matter of reversing the thick skinned nose. It's a matter of finding a surgeon that can reduce the nasal width while also being experienced enough to deal with thicker skinned noses as to not induce any serious botching.
