Reputation schould be removed/reworked

From what I was able to observe people tend to respect or pay attention more to the posts made by people with an high or at least >1 rep to post ratio. The problem is that from what I understand rep can be gained from any kind of post. So if you say something funny or something that's easy to agree with for example, you could easily farm a lot of rep but that wouldn't translate to you being particularly knowledgable or smart, which is what people think rep/post ratio indicates
