Osteotomies of all kinds are the most effective way, obviously. Implants are good too but more limited, although way more accessible. Then there's thumbpulling, then there's mewing (which likely is only effective as a prevention of further recession, and generally the way you should be). Also bonesmashing might work based on some threads.
Facepulling devices threads pop up here and there but I wouldn't spend money on it unless you can be sure you have lots of free time and nobody goes into your room.
