yeah, but i would suggest first to do a research and profile optimization
1 reaserch. reaserching the best products that sell quickly 1-3 days with 3x profit and low risks of refund will go, you can do that on vinted by filtering new stuff that got posted
2 profile optimization, use an account that doesnt have bad rep and has at least 1 review so you'll sell better, in every post and on your own profile put some conditions or stuff that will reasure the customer, also when you ship the goods, dont leave the customer waiting inform him to not let him/her overthing about the product and stuff lots of people feel left out when they wait for the shipping and delivery without any messages
