Some shit is just obvious. Theres some things that will always have demand:
Electronics; clothing (typically you would resell reps) etc
and stuff that wont:
toys that kids forget about in a month; Niche topics etc

just ask yourself what do you want? any brands doing clothing drops? what season is it?
for example now its summer, i did a rep haul 5kg of clothes has stuff like corteiz t shirts.

if you have a specific item in mind eg airmax 95s in a blue colourway go on vinted and favourite a few listings that are the same as what you would sell - the trick with this is that when the item sells you get a notification and u can see how long it took to sell. therefore determine is there demand for the product.
