every surgical procedure is. Do your homework, and research the surgeon you're going to. Also don't be cheap, pay more if it's quality.

not risky in the sense that you are going to die , in the sense that you can fuck up and get a gay effiminate nose , I have done my research almost all surgeons perform on 90% women so their technique is for women , most nosecels are bird cels that can benefit from genio/bimax instead of rhino and you can increase your mouth to nose ratio with stretching devices

in what sense can they benefit from geno/bimax? What will that improve in the face? Ik this sounds low iq maybe im not wording this correctly.

so basically your nose appears bigger the more ur chin is recessed or maxilla (sometimes both) when in reality its a normal size when you get genio/bimax it makes it look more proportionate (you can try this your self by slightly jutting and looking at how your nose appears)

sounds like you need bimax which may fix the nose and chin on its own or you can get away with genio + the stretching to make the lips wider than the nose

yes, i had a bone graft to the bridge to make it look more pronounced and defined. the alar base was reduced in size and the tip became pinched smaller, back then it was bulbous and disgusting. i had some people complimenting my nose after the surgery, it looks super natural.

Jfl how on earth could this work, if you want to change your nose you need rhinoplasty. Its not too expensive and its totally safe and its offered everywhere. You can tell the surgeon exactly what you want and they can do it, you just need to be very specific and make sure they can do what you want

I broke my nose in a fight at 14 and it sort of stayed crooked on the base until after I turned 16, along w/ the rest of my face becoming more defined.

My now went from being straight w/ a somewhat bulbous/asymmetrical tip to being tiny and upturned again like when I was a kid/tween, i'm guessing cause my head grew a big bigger too. I wouldn't doubt these exercises tbh, but remember that nose bridge is what's important and i'm pretty sure that's mostly unchangeable.
