You realise there is a thick af resistance band right?Doing something like a “resistance band back workout” is better than doing nothing if you’re at home and it’s all the equipment you have. The problem is that your options are limited and you cannot do progressive overload unless you go buy like 100 resistance bands.
If you don’t have access to weights/ a gym, do simple bodyweight exercises. Weighted pull ups and dips can get your back, chest, biceps and triceps pretty big. Most public parks have monkey bars for pull ups and dips.
