It's true, black people on average benefit from socialist policies that redistribute wealth since they're less successful on their own.
The only way for a black person to be a right-winger is if they fall under one of two categories:
1) They don't identify with the black community and just see themselves as individuals. In that case, if the guy is a productive hard-working tax payer, he might not want to have the fruit of his labour redistributed to the net-negative drains on society. But in order for him to think like this, he needs to be a colorblind individualist.
2) They're in a black country. Blacks can be nationalists and believe in hierarchical order in a country where they're the majority. In a white country, where they're a poor minority, right-wing policies will never benefit them as a group.
