Populations go through periods of growth and shrinkage. Just like the economy goes through cyclical recessions.
There is no such thing as infinite growth, there should never have been an expectation of infinite growth to begin with.
Populations reached historical highs in the late 20th century with the baby boom. Throughout most of human history, we have had much smaller population sizes and we were just naturally returning to a smaller population.
Example:
2025 UK population: 68 million
1900 UK population: 40 million
1800 UK population: 10 million
1700 UK population: 5.2 million
Even if our population got halved, or even reduced to a quarter or less, it would remain larger than what was the historical norm. So no, numbers wise, we'd be okay.
Second, it is important to emphasize that we would have figured it out on our own. We would find alternative ways to handle the decreased workforce, such as automation, increased wages and incentives for young people to work, etc. Japan and South Korea and faring significantly better than Europe even though they have an even lower birth rate.
Again, that's not true. Immigrants offer one thing: Cheap labour.
This cheap labour is good only for one demographic; Employers.
The majority of the native population does not benefit from it, since now the competitive value of their own labour goes down as there are people willing to work longer hours for less pay. Also, all the immigrants moving in, raises the demand for housing, which also raises the price.
The net-effect of immigration is: Higher housing prices and lower wages.
So in exchange for cheaper labour for some company owners, the majority of the population, especially young people, struggle to get jobs, when they do get jobs they aren't getting paid as much, and they have a much harder time buying a home and are forced to rent.
This shitty situation for young people forces them to delay having children to later stages in their lives, since most westerners wait until they have a steady job and own a home before they consider starting a family. When they delay having children, they also end up having less kids.
Immigration is one of many possible solutions to one problem alone: Worker shortages.
There are many ways you can handle worker shortages without replacing your own people with the third world.
Is it worth it sacrificing the existence of your people and the very essence of your nation, just to get cheaper labour? I don't think so.
So why did Europe decide to go with mass immigration? Simple. Because when they were considering their options, the people who cared about the ethnic integrity of their nation were labeled racists and shut down. The current political system didn't allow Europeans to give any importance to the ethnic composition of their nation.
In Japan they don't have this problem. The average person in Japan understands that it is Japanese people that make Japan, well, Japan. It is not even a little bit controversial in Japan for people to voice their concerns about being replaced by foreigners. They openly care about the ethnic composition of their country and aren't politically repressed for it.
Why is it different in the west? How did we arrive at this political status-quo that demonizes nationalism?
The answer is: The Aftermath of world war 2 and jewish propaganda.
Why do European countries accept "refugees"? Because an international law got passed after WW2 that forces us to, because of the jews that died after being rejected asylum. Why do nationalists are seen in such a negative way? Because of Hitler. And why is hitler the worst guy ever? Because of the holocaust, because of what he did to the jews....
Jews in power hate nationalism because they fear it. Because nationalistic, tribalistic Europeans have persecuted jews throughout history.
So after the last great war, when they won it, they used all of their power to exaggerate narratives and turn themselves into the ultimate victim and they have been exploiting this status ever since.... to fill Europe with migrants and destroy its ethno-cultural integrity and also to subvert western countries into supporting israel even against their own interests.
Our ancestors are native to this land, they fought for and built this beautiful civilization for us to enjoy, not for us to go extinct and be replaced by Africans and Indians. Also, I want to live in a nice country. What makes European countries nice, is Europeans themselves! The most important factor that makes a country look like what it does, is its people!
Africa is a shithole because of Africans! India is a shithole because of Indians! The middle east and Latin America are So-so because of the people that live in it. East Asia is organized and developed because of east asians who are also high iq.
