eye area
squinting isn’t an inherently bad thing- only when you do it too much. the same way too much salt can ruin a dish. the sweet spot is just supporting your undereye and bringing it up a slight bit. at the same time, use your eyebrows to push down. now, you don’t look like a retard who just shit himself, it looks a bit more natural
good pair with glasses, dark eyebrows (can be done with eyeliner), and guyliner (only if you can pull it off)
next is jaw area. this carries more of a risk with TMJ (from jaw pain to being unable to open your jaw) being possible, so don’t clench.
hold your teeth together tightly- not clenching, not pushing down, but enough you can rest them against each other while very slightly using your masseters. obviously, mouth posture is important, so utilize that too. this is the hardest expression (especially without ear control), but it’s possible- curl the edges of your lip upwards as slightly as possible. if you have good-ish bones and low bf%, hollow cheeks should show. if they don’t, work on controlling the ear muscles (practicing going up and down) and when doing this, pull them up. do NOT bite your cheeks or suck them in.
