Resting Position and Jaw Jutting

Genuine question, but does anyone else subconsciously jut their jaw to fraud a more forward grown mandible? And what should the resting position of teeth even look like ?

The resting position should be a slightly open jaw, lips sealed, and the bottom teeth are just behind the top row. (like barely barely behind them.) Keep jutting.
