I gymmax literally 5× per week, 1 hour and a half per day, and I experience more gains than other gymmaxxing niggas who tell me I shouldn't train a muscle group more than 3× times a week :ogre:

I don’t gymmax because I’m lazy and trucel, soon you’ll be like Ronnie coleman all you gotta do is dye your skin black nigga

Wdym. You can rest all you want and still go everyday. I go 4x per week cuz ion do legs. But you could do 6x without issue. Just split it up into a leg, push, pull 2x a week schedule, and you get all the rest you need

What I'm saying is exactly that I don't really need to split shit up :ogre:

Even when I train the same muscle group 5 times a week I still experience gains like any other nigga out there

But what’s the point. You mean you train the entire body everyday?

Not the entire body, but yeah, there are some muscle groups I train pretty much everyday.

are you roiding? because one of the whole points of roiding is to remove rest period
also you'll get gains but they won't be as efficient as if you were to do it properly (again unless you're roiding)

Look up nucleus overload

Ur stupid. It depends on how you split up your total volume and intensity. If you actually upped your volume and intensity you'd notice that if you trained more than 3x a week you'd get weaker.

Saves time. Who wants to go to the gym and waste an hour lifting everyday. I'd rather lift 3x a week and maybe slap in some cardio

Not roiding, nattygymmaxxing

you're not going to not get gains but you're going to get gains slower than someone who does it properly
you don't really have any reason not to trust the process, but yeah you'll be fine either way it's just gonna take longer

But I'm having more gains than the ppl who tell me to take resting days :ogre: that's the point of the thread lol

It's not possible that those ppl have such shitty genetics that I'm having more gains than them even when gymmaxxing "the wrong way".

No you don't lol. Because it takes around 48 hours or so until muscle protein synthesis is finished especially if you're nowhere near the natty limit. So if you don't train each muscle 3x a week as a sub advanced lifter you're just kidding yourself

there's a million reasons to fall back on assuming it is before you land on "it's because I don't have a rest period"
ranging from diet, to form, to you being absolutely delusional, to genetics etc etc

no reason to jump to the conclusion that everybody who came before you was magically wrong when there's probably a better explanation

I don't even follow any diets, and a friend of mine who trains for at least 1 year more than me said he wants to get to my physique, since I'm looking better than him :ogre:

And he's not fat or whatever... idk man, for me that resting period thing really sounds like a meme, since I'm doing just fine while not taking em'.

there's really two options
you're delusional or you're a genetic mogger
and you want people to say the latter cause you're a bit narcy (don't argue with me I'm narcy myself I know what it looks like)

I don't think I'm a genetic mogger, I unironically believe in what I'm saying about resting time sounding like a cope of sorts.

it's just how muscles work
pretty much everybody who works out successfully wants to work out more, not less, nobody has any incentive to cope there

Thought I was the only one who watched Team3DAlpha on here.

It‘d prob be more effective to split it, considering you train 1.5 h. You can just focus on each muscle group and do a split, and it’d be more beneficial for the same amount of time. Same training, more rest, better results
