In this post i am gonna show how i successfully restored my hairline without the use of oral dht-blocker(such as fin) or Minoxidil(dont take this one)
My stats:
26 years old
NW 3-3.5 before (now NW 2- 2.5)
I started balding at 17 and tried almost everything before creating this routine.
The main components of my regime consits of ketoconazol(shampoo) and a dermaroller.
Now you may think that ket-shampoo is only used for oily skin/dandruff, well it's not.
topical use of 2% KCZ shampoo has been reported to have a clinically therapeutic effect on androgenetic alopecia.

All these studies support the thesis that ket will help you , but the key is how you gonna used it and make it more effective than minox or fin(although u can take this one additonally if there arent any sides). I experimented a lot before finding finally something that worked.
My routine:
Lets say we start monday, so i am gonna first dermaroll(1.25- 1.5mm) my hairline and top of my scalp in the star pattern. Some claim it will cause microtearing but i didnt expierence any negative side effects.
After that i apply the shampoo on the areas i treated and WAIT FOR 1 HOUR
(just watch some shit ) then i go shower. You gonna repeat this step on friday
At tuesday i will shower normally with the ket shampoo(leave it 5-10 min on the head). Repeat on saturday.
At first there might be some light shedding(not as agressive as minox) but after 1-2 month u should start to see some improvement.
I also take the usual supplements for blood flow.
