Result from mse and facemask, free leforte 3

Nah not really but apperntly the imdo widen the mandible a lot

Well ofc, but it is also very unpredictable and unreliable, also dangerous, plus that not many surgeons actually use MSDO so it's much rarer to see results.

Nonetheless, you'll need alot of new devices until you find a reliable one wich also fixes assymetry (to some extent realistically).

yeep a lot asymmetry but the starting also has asymmetrys,

Not a pleasing result, wich is predictable, and you can also see alot of errors in his face.

Holy fuck lmao one of the craziest things I've seen on here, looks terrifying. It is crazy how much his infra-orbitals seemed to have moved forward in the scan tho, I wonder if that was due to just mse or if the facemask would be necessary for that.

wtf thats the worst segmentation ever. You can't just cut through the middle of the jaw — it'll sever the inferior alveolar nerve. That guy will have paresthesia for life. In orthognathic surgery, the ideal mandibular cut is performed through a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO), which follows the medial aspect of the ramus and avoids transecting the inferior alveolar nerve. This technique allows for repositioning of the mandible while preserving neurovascular structures and ensuring stable fixation.

Fma will be even better than this coz its more bone-bone and vector is much controllable than this

It
I know the guy who did this and yes it moved his whole maxilla forward a bit. Keep in mind he is totally unhinged and did MSE not once but three times which utterly destroyed his bite. He was very tunnelvisioned on having a 12 tooth smile all else be damned. It's part of his plan, he says, as he's getting a bunch of jaw surgeries afterwards to bring the mandible forward mandible and fix the new upper and lower palate discrepancy and so on. Even then, I'm not sure it will turn out as he plans since its very unprecedented and theoretical. Please don't misconstrue unprecedented as based or badass though.

He also did not have facemask (do you mean implants) this was just MSE
It was not just mse.i watched the mewcon live and they bought up with case he did it with newaz and he said that he used facemask

The thing is.he used more than 1 mse which loosened the suture which allowed the maxilla to move more with facemask.still its not well bone anchored.the new fma design is better than this coz its truly bone anchored.the inventor himself is very confident with it and will be out soon

is there CBCT from the front by any chance? I would like to see how his orbital zone has changed due to the new placement of cheekbones and maxilla as well
Unfortunately not
