ye it kinda hurts a lot at day 6-10, but it’s worth it no doubt. I get complimented for my teeth alot now.

I used 5d ones once and they fucked my teeth. Literally made my teeth smaller if I used them a few more times I would’ve been left without enamel

Yeah idk why it happened to me, it was probably because I have really sensitive teeth but I got pissed scared when I saw what it did to my teeth

I haven’t used a single strip for a month now and they are still white af, not that bright anymore, so I ordered them again and will do them once a week for maintenance.
