Startet October 08th 2025:
- Shoulder width: 50cm
- Height: 1.90

End March 08th 2026:
- Shoulder width: 55cm
- Height: 1.98

So, my shoulder width has increased from 50 to 55cm.
And my height has increased from 1.90 to 1.98
Was it worth it?

please also note: my frame was fucked up. Unfortunately i dont have a picture of the before. But im happy with the result. What do you guys think?
