What dose of resveratrol should i take to delay growth plates closure ( if its not cope ) ?

Also should i pair it with anything else?
I currently dont know anything about it so if anyone could help me a bit i would appreciate it :]

Resveratrol to delay growth plate closure is a classic forum theory, but it borders heavily on cope if you don't understand the exact dosage and what it actually does to your body. The theory comes from studies showing that resveratrol acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and an aromatase inhibitor. Since estrogen is the primary hormone that forces your growth plates to calcify and fuse shut, anything that blocks estrogen can theoretically keep your plates open longer.

if you are gonna buy it anyway regardless of the low bioavailability, the standard dosage people run for harm reduction is 500mg to 1,000mg daily of trans-resveratrol. do not buy regular resveratrol, make sure the bottle explicitly says trans-resveratrol because that is the active form that actually has a chance of doing something.
take it with a high-fat meal or a spoonful of olive oil because it’s fat-soluble and won't absorb properly on an empty stomach.
but ngl don't expect a miracle height burst from this. your liver is still gonna nuke most of it. if you actually want to keep your plates open, your money is way better spent on getting a cheap wrist x-ray first to see if you even have time left, instead of guessing with supplements.
