I’m currently at around 22% body fat and want to get down to 12%. Last year, I dieted for about 3 months (September to January) and lost around 7 kg, going from 73.5 kg to 66 kg. I probably lost some muscle too, but the fat loss was very noticeable in my face and body. I achieved this by cutting out snacking, doing some cardio, and trying to get my daily steps in. I maintained my weight for a few months, but over the year it fluctuated, and I’m now at 69.5 kg. I was not going to the gym in this time

However, I’ve also grown from around 173–174 cm to 178 cm and am turning 16 soon. So now to my question.

I’ve considered taking Reta, but only after lowering my body fat, since I’ve read that losing the last few percent is much harder. My thought was that starting it now would allow my body to adjust to it early on, potentially starting later on making it more easier to manage digestion during the more difficult later stages of dieting. Would that make any sense?

Start now and adjust the dose as you continue to use it.
