i have 30mg of reta and 50 of ghkcu.
and how much bac water should i use to mix them. i have 20ml.

is there any threads for ts so i know what to do too cuse im lowk braindead and just bought before planning since i got some money now.

Start with 1.5-2mg reta weekly, titrate at 4 weeks. The ghk won't last long enough for results tbh. Try 1mg/day with ghk.

Lots and lots of tutorials, don't worry. Buying was a good idea. Also be careful to NOT make dosing mistakes. First day I got my peps, I injected 1mg of ipamorelin and 1mg of cjc-1295, no DAC, like total fucking retard

Reconstintutre reta with 3mL then 10 units will be 1mg. Then The GHK with 5mL. 10 Units will be 1mg

The BAC water typically should only be kept for 30 days post-puncture. If you have 2 vials only use 1 and keep the other

I personally lost around 10kg in a month from RETA, but I was also on CJC & IPA, which helped keep lean mass & target visceral fat. With your plan, you can probably expect to debloat well within 2 weeks, and start losing fat past that time frame. Make sure you get every gram of protein in (I stuck to 1- 2 g per kg of body weight). Also, don't eat heavily greasy foods; it'll fuck up your stomach.

ok yeah will keep that the priority. i have a shit ton of protein powder and eggs to eat so im chilling. also u have any experience with alcohol and reta? alot of ppl saying its bad and that u get alot more drunk quicker and that it stays alot longer + hangovers are worse
