Reta and Tesamorelin for face fat

Reta for superficial outer face fat and Tesamorelin for the deeper buccal fat region because what I gathered from 1 google search lol it is a type of visceral fat which Tesamorelin targets. Is this the method for face fat or am I a stupid grey.
