I have been and do cardio everyday at football practice but can’t loose weight plus I have been eating way less just need somthing

It’s calories in calories out, if u cant lose weight it’s bc ur eating very calorie dense foods

all its gonna do is make u less hungry its not gonna burn that much fat, just learn how to eat the foods u like while eating low calories, u will be surprised with all the macro friendly food u can make
