After much research, I've found my chosen supplier and I'm ready to buy. I get inconsistencies trying to find the right dosages for people like me so I need help finding out. My goal is to reach 10% BF. Here's my following concerns:
How much should I pin weekly?
How long should the cycle last? (the shorter the better)
How much should I increment and how often?
Finally, how much reta and bac water should I get? (as to not waste chemicals/money)
My Stats:
17yo, 159lbs, 5'9, Gym 4x/week + 45m cardio per session.
My peak weight was 190, and I have come a long way. Recently I plateaud due to inconsistencies in diet/gym/on-off the past few months and I just want to break the cycle. Im still trying my hardest but if I can get this final push and lean out for good, that'd be great. It's been a long journey but I wanna put this to an end.
