I got 110mg of reta and im pinning today. Should I pin 1mg or 0.5mg to start off then go up slowly each week. Some people said 0.5mg make their hunger completely go away

Start with the lowest and as your body adjusts go up

i lowkey went up to 1mg after a week ngl and noticed no bad sides, but do as you want

i felt decent suppression but after that week passed i just upped it to 1mg
