hello i am 16 and i am wondering how should i dose my reta or is it the same as an adults dosage

You can start at 1mg depends how fat you are I did 1mg a week then 2mg every week

Do NOT go from 2mg to 3mg etc quickly I felt like my lower body got hit by a car

yeah. I dont know im just sped i had girls interested in me idk if it was cuz i was beating off too much i always like declined them or acted dismissive. I think I was beating my shit so much that I didnt care about actual women :lul: but also cuz all the girls who liked me were afghani, lightskin, and bengali and i wanted a white woman like u saar.

My social anxiety is way better now since i started taking benzos and since my job requires me to talk to people sometimes

Also ngl I dont even know where I'd crack a girl if it gets to that point my friend got caught getting his dih sucked in the bushes in the park and he got bullied for it for like the whole year and I didnt really feel like losing my virginity to a school bop. Maybe im expecting too much though

my dad was an alcoholic and beat the fuck out of me idk how u muzzies have strict parents and end up fine socially. That shit fucked me up I used to be quiet in school until secondary and me finally hitting puberty so me getting a bit of confidence. Still then anxiety is shit.

Its probably because he cares about u, my dad was strict cuz he was just a dickhead ur dad was prob strict for a good reason so u dont end up wanking n shit

I started 1 mg first week and didn't really feel it Then I went to 3 and my appetite got a lot better I can stick to 2100 calories easily did 5 mg, but it was too much I legit felt like i was bulking on 4000k cals
