Reta dosage

I'm doing research rn on reta and finding sources but I have no clue how to dose. I know how to reconstitute, prepare, inject etc. I found a calculator but that's just how much BAC I should use to reconstitute my dosage of reta. Do people usually just start and follow a cycle or is it like HGH(based on weight, age, height and other things)? if there's already a thread on this can smb just tag me.

generally start lower to avoid sides depending on your response. i started at 0.5mg a day like a retard but it worked well for me with no sides. there's no dosing protocol though. the dose is entirely dependent on how much you want to suppress appetite

by sides do you mean injection sites? also what should I start on then 0.2?

nah sides as in side effects (nausea vomiting etc.)

the best thing to do on reta is to inject daily to standardize hunger levels. choose a weekly target, such as 2mg a week and titrate up. that would be a little more than 0.5mg every other day.

some people end up taking up to 5-10mg a week which is wild. on 3.5mg a week i don't get hungry on 1800 calories

ngl I'm never hungry cus I'm so overweight I just get so bored it gets to a point where I eat to cure boredom, would it make me feel so unhungry that I would be disgusted to eat?

yes. the nauseating effect is drastically increased with food consumption. it also slows digestion speed, making overconsumption of food almost painful
