currently on 3 mg of reta my appetite is still very high due to the tesa+ ipa and I’m right now eating around 2000 cal a day i want to get super lean in 2 weeks i have a trip to go on so what should i do dosage whise

do 20 mg and 300 units of insulin you'll get shredded very fast

how is this even possible i used to be obese on 1mg and i struggled to even get down 800 cals
