I’m pretty sure taking Reta in general breaks your fast, because it makes it easier. The whole point of fasting during Ramadan is to actually feel hungry.

According to hadiths and the Quran, there is no explicit word from the Prophet (s.a.w) or any verse that Allah has mentioned in which there is a prohibition regarding methods to suppress appetite.

But it will break your fast if you inject during fasting hours, so inject before suhoor regardless reta becomes useless if you are fasting as it just suppresses your appetite but I don't really know if you would pin it for just it's metabolic effect.

I am not very knowledgeable though nor at the level of issuing fatwas, I would advise you to consult or watch a video regarding "injecting during fasting".
