Reta finally working at 5mg

Took about a month, but now I can genuinely eat 500 calories a day and be full. First couple days of 5mg were a little brutal but not bad in terms of side effects. Soon I will be able to escape chud status

I took 2mg for the first and felt nothing. Absolutely no sides just appeitite supression theres no need to go that look

I started at 0.25 and felt nothing. I'm impatient so I titrated very quickly, basically doubled the dose every 4-5 days. Once I hit 4mg I decided to only do 5mg which was such a clutch call, because I couldn't imagine the side effects.

Im also not trying to nuke my appetite that low , i still need some appetite to eat my protein for the day , i need 185 grams a day .

You can always up the dose after a few days if you’re unsatisfied, it’s not as if you absolutely must stick to some weekly dose protocol. Nothing wrong with starting low, I personally should have done it that way but impatience got the best of me
