Just started test a week ago do I need epleronone/dandelion root/ coconut water/nebivolol?
Was thinking of just doing Reta lol since I’m already mid tier body fat (18%) and Reta would help anyway

no literally

reta is for appetite/fat not water retention
it's most likely estrogen+ sodium + water

clean diet lower sodium wait for bloods

Most of the bloat is actually genetic, but would be because of estrogen in most cases (cause MR and eNac are minimal in most of the users, u can try hctz and other diuretics, honestly, they don’t change that much.

But if you want, you can use a potassium-sparing diuretic + hctz, and kill all the Na and MR water retention

Also, keep the E2 in range and blood pressure

Also, I forgot get rid of eplernone, it's pretty shit

ARBs (like Telmisartan) are a step higher, so they do more things and have multiple other benefits

Eplerenone blocks aldosterone directly after it’s already produced

Telmisartan prevents aldosterone from being produced in the first place
