1 : 5Mg of retatrutide won’t last you much, begin with 1mg a week, them you’re gonna go up next week to 2mg if you don’t have bad effects (nausea, diarrhea, etc). And increase until 4mg then keep it stable.

2 : About ghk-cu, it’s generally used with 1-2mg a day, 10mg isn’t much either.

Start at 1-2mg per week
Put 0.1ml per MG so 0.5mg or 50 units in total of BAC water

ghk cu 50*10mg costed me 75$ and reta 300mg 305$ and that lasts one like forever tbh
