That decides your caloric deficit, if you take 10mg and dont eat for a week then yeah u will loose weight. I would start with skipping every second day at first.

Don’t skip days of eating get your protein in every day to not loose muscle esp since you are young the Reta’s gonna eventually kill your appetite so make sure you get sufficient cals in every day 2000+ (also consider not being on Reta rn focus on lifting and gaining mass first)
