Goys am I fucking myself up using Reta in puberty I’m 16 right now and like 88kg 22% bf I’m cutting down to 15%. I’m watching my deficit but it’s getting kind of hard to eat enough protein.

I’m also on HGH.

no dont cut down to 5% and eat proper macros and you'll be okay

Yes bro you need protein and nutrients to create the hormone and if you pin it you don't need the nutrients as much

Which hormone brother ?

If you’re talking about HGH, then that amount is minuscule considering you produce like 0.3mg a night

If you pin t then you can eat shit and still build muscle it's about the hormone

reta is gonna make it hard to eat enough in general brah. probs reduce the dose or just force it down. protein powder is also a good option
