lost like 2.5 kgs in 2 weeks

IM EATING ALMOST LESS THAN 1K CALS PER DAY
JUST PROTIEN SHAKES , EGG WHITES AND SOY CHUNKS
YEA SOY IS A VEGAN CUCK BUT SHIT IS GREAT
FOR EVERY 100 GMS = 50 GMS approx (PROTEIN)
AND CALS = 350 - 450 APPROX ( IF U DONT FRY IT AND MAKE IT A FUCKIN HAPPY MEAL )
and almost no one eats 100gms in one sitting btw
tuna would be great, but i hate it
