I’ve been on RETA for 25 days and I’m down 14 lbs (might have cut too aggressively for 16 but fuck it). How much more should I cut. Ima get on 300 test 30 var after cut and up cals to like 400 above BMR. I lowkey eat like 700 cals a day rn. Shits the best.

ur meant to be on var for the cut my nigga, but reta is god I agree, part of me thinks in 10 years we will all have a new type of cancer but for now its pretty chill

I remember it took me a month to lose 10 pounds when I first started losing weight and in the same time on retatrutide I lost 25 😂

If you use peptides that cause angiogenesis then yes you will but GLP-1 agonists should be fine

Simple peptides no sides besides small bruising and lump from isr when I did it in my love handle but I js switched to abdomen and it’s chill.

Test is the most studied shit ever and comparing sides of dnp to test is monkey brain. The proportion of ppl that have died/have had serious health injuries on DNP is way more than test.

Well yea because you need the EXACT amount, so unless your doing labwork each week and calculating a dose its not the strat. Tren raises test and some of the test converts to estrogen and you need to take a really specific dose to balance that out since even a modest rise in estrogen can be enough to trigger GP closure

mounjaro just makes me not able to eat anything, feel full and i'd vomit somewhat regularly - maybe once a week if i ate much at all

reta i've only been on it for 3 weeks, but it's very meh. i went on 5mg and then did another 5 at the end of the week as it was weak, did 10 the next day, and 10 again the next week. it's just meh. the appetite suppressing qualities are really mid. compared to mounjaro.

apparently there's the metabolism boost but not really feeling it. i usually just blast stimulants like caffeine, pre workout, buckets of eca to the point i'm constantly fidgeting like i've got some kind of adhd for that.

i'm about 200lbs and 17% body fat at the moment (a real 17%, not this forum's version - which is like 10% equivalent - i.e. people who post and think they're 20% when they're closer to 30). i've done things like clen etc in the past, but i can't be fucked anymore due ot the heart implications. i've been down to sub 10 in the past between 7.5/8-10% fluctuating - for which i used eca, and actually was also on mt2 for a good while - very effective for me for appetite suppression - and then i was on yohimbe hcl for a long time when i got to about 12-13 and below and stopped the eca.

might be because i was on mounjaro right before. i was doing 2.5 and then 5s for a few months, and then i stopped, went on again. when i was doing 5s i remember i threw up at the gym the first day i took it. then i was on 7.5-10 of mounjaro and then the reta arrrived so maybe adapted. i think reta is just weaker than mounjaro on the appettite stuff by quite a bit as it purports another pathway as well for the metabolism. it might be i need more time.

also this stuff correlates to weight, and i'm likely a lot bigger than you. that's why i said i was 200lbs - at 6 foot 1 ish, with a lowish body body fat (well, slightly below average). i bumped into mike thurston once,the youtuber - i've got a couple of inches on him, and we're about the same size, he's about 195lbs - and he's a jacked bodybuilder in photos. he's just about 10% body fat, so i'm quite a bit smaller in muscle and fatter but in clothes we felt comparable.
