yeah makes sense
i might be underestimating my calorie deficit, but it's hard to eat, so i'll just lower my reta dose this week to be able to eat more
i have reached my bf goals already anyways

also im not really familiar with electrolytes; that might also be something to focus on with the amount im sweating rn. What would you recommend to get a stable electrolytes level?
Well really if you're sweating, not drinking enough water, and specially if you aren't getting too many fruits and vegetables you will likely be deficient in some electrolytes.

The most straight-forward thing would be to buy an electrolyte supplement or maybe a small pack and test whether these help you. Drink them during your workout or post.

You could...
I think you're getting lightheaded because you're in a caloric deficit that's too aggressive. Are you counting your calories rn? In how much of a deficit are you?

i'm only on like a 400-500 calorie deficit, never had this issue before too
not really counting, just going by estimates
shall I up my calorie intake?

Well really that's the only explanation that makes sense, maybe you're underestimating your current deficit? The only other thing that I could think of if you're controlling all the variables you mentioned could be your electrolyte intake

The most straight-forward thing would be to buy an electrolyte supplement or maybe a small pack and test whether these help you. Drink them during your workout or post.

You could also just track your micronutrient intake, or make sure you're just including foods that provide the essential electrolytes if you don't want to get a supplement. The main 5 are sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, calcium, phosphate, and bicarbonates.

However, I would just get the electrolyte powder and test it to see if it helps you. If it does, you can eventually stop using it and fix your diet so you no longer need to supplement. But it's the best way of ruling out whether this could be your issue.
