Sup yall I’m on reta rn. my first pin was two weeks ago I’ve started with 2mg and last week on Monday I’ve took 3mg It was not in good idea because I have big nausea, some stomach pain and other stuff tomorrow is my next pending. Should I pin 3mg like last week or should I lower the dose back to 2mg

i ate nothing. i ate max 700 cals a day

tbh i would go back to 2mg and if u start to notice that the effect wears off i would go up to 2.5mg or 3mg
