Will a vial of Reta only last 30 days in the fridge of being reconstituted? If I have 20mg vials does that mean I have to pin 5mg/week? I wanted to start at 2 but I don’t know if it will work out.

After reconstitution, you will have only 28 days to use it before it “expires”, meaning you throw it away.

Seeing as you say you wanted to start on 2mg/week you will only be able to use 8mg before you have to throw it away.

You have two options:

a) throw it away after 28 days

b) titrate up weekly and try use the most of it but it is not recommended as the clinical trials they titrated every 4 weeks + you will probably shit your brains out due to gastrointestinal side effects

After injecting into the Bacteriostatic water, you must refrigerate it.
