Reta side effects after first dose

So I have just injected 4mg of reta split across 2 days, I dont want to waste what I have before contamination hence not titrating up from 0.5mg etc..

Anyone who has used reta how long did it take to feel sides for the first time? I understand the half life is 6 days and sides can come as blood concentration starts to increase from compounding dosages.

I didnt really feel anything out of the ordinary the day after my first dose of 2mg (I did dose at night so maybe this effects it), I want to make sure my source is actually selling me legit reta before I reorder lol
