js do 0.5 to start then up it to 1mg the next week
then from there up it by 1mg eveytime u start feeling hungry again

I mean 0.5 if ur cautious and wanna be safe to make sure u dont have a bad reaction to it

yeah everyones different with reta
Ive only js went up to 2.5mg after a month and a half cus I dont need anymore appetite suppression
