reta starting dosage

reta just arrived ordered supplements berberine etc. off amazon

wondering what dose i should start off with

i plan to pin twice a week pretty much every 4 days

start at 1 mg

Just look how you react. Some people use 1mg as a starting dose and feel only a slight surpression, others start with 0.5mg and have very good surpression. Use a lower dose (I'd recommend 0.5mg) and if you react good or after some time the surpression fades away, titrate up until youre done with using it
