I am currently around 25% bf and i am planning to hop on reta soon. How many mgs do i buy and how many do i take per week and for how long? Stats: 183cm 80kg 25%fat

Take 1mg weekly the first Month and the second increase slowly to 2-3mgs. Thats how i did it and it worked perfectly
