reta vs non reta??

idk if it is my body adjusting but I have kept the same exact diet from being on reta and off. with reta i was losing about .5-1lb a week, then i ran out. now i’m gaining it all back at what feels like a crazy fast rate. already gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks.

idk if reta decreases water retention or it is something like that. but i have noticeably put weight on

u shouldn't be gaining weight back that fast just from stopping reta if u only stopped 2 weeks ago 25% of what u injected is still in ur body its probably js from water weight or other factors
