i would choose tirzepatide over retatrutide because it is already FDA-approved and has been studied much more extensively. It has gone through large clinical trials and has been used by many more patients, so its safety profile and side effects are much better understood. While retatrutide has shown very promising weight-loss results, it is still in clinical development and lacks long-term safety data. If the goal is to lose around 10 kg, tirzepatide is already highly effective for many people, making it a more reliable and evidence-based option at this time.
 
There are decades of anecdotal reports; there are enough studies that retatrutide will soon be approved in clinical phases 1, 2, and 3. The side effects of all GLP-1 agonists don't differ significantly they all have almost the same side effects.


and Retarutide can suppress hunger much better than any GLP-1 agonist. For example, if you need 2 mg of retarutide, you might need 4 mg of tirzepatide. but if you still want to use tirzepatide then its your choice
