Reta while trying to gain muscle?

i dont have a problem with eating too much, more like the opposite. But im currently around 15% bodyfat but i wanna be leaner (10%) while gaining muscles.

And naturally that just dosent seem realistic. If i drop calories now im going to get progressively worse gym sessions.
 
Deffinetly do Reta with 15% bf for gaining muscles, this shit gonna ascent you to 8PSL
 
dont think the glucagon receptor will extraordinarly help but might aswell if u can get ur hands on it consistently
