it increases ampk indirectly because it lowers ur blood sugar and by this you also reduce insulin and also inhibit mTOR because there is less igf-1 being synthesized in your system. reduced blood sugar and insulin. Lower blood sugar and insulin means its not going into ur cells meaning less development anf growth

Don't listen to this unless you want to feel the effects of Reta hard and fast and you are ready to experience possible side effects that are pretty unpleasant. As for a cheap source, youre gonna need to find a chinese grey market seller. Where do you find such seller you may ask. Im not gonna tell you but if you do your fair share of research eventually you will go down a rabbit hole and find someone who will sell you the good stuff. Im gonna warn you though there is a LOT of scammers out there, but when you understand the topic of intrest like the back of your hand, you will eventually know what to look out for and where to find someone legit.

you taper off bcs reta increases insulin sensitivity and changes how much insulin your body releases and stopping suddenly can cause a rebound in appetite blood sugar and insulin levels while your body readjusts

tapering gives your pancreas and receptors time to normalize

if you are on a normal dose under like 5mg a week you probably will not have major issues but it is still better to fade off anyway.

im on 2.5 a week and on my last pin of the bottle ill just do 1mg

its not a big deal

i took 10mg from September to December then took 2 months off and now I'm back on.

once I'm at goal weight ill come off and not take it for my lean bulk / main gaining phase. i still wanna stay lean though.

ill probs use it again for mini cuts in the future/

im on 2mg a week rn (not 2.5) and im struggling to eat over 1500kcal a lot genuinely

im having to force feed so i dont feel small and depleted muscularly

id stick to to 2mg tbh bro, how much reta do you have on hand? i hope u went grey market.

if u only want like 10-20mg u could just use your tele source and overpay
