yeahhh it's cool and all, I lost 20kgs of stubborn fat and ascended heavily over 3 months but holy fucking shit, dont bother using it if you don't have any muscle

i'm genuinely a twig, and because of it I deprived my body of nutrients for so long I feel so weak and dont even have the energy to train.

now I will have to force feed myself until I put a little bit of mass back on because I have no energy whatsoever and my hormones are shit.

Get bloodwork done to see what you're deficient in after this cut & then supplement everything

You can also hop on testosterone if you don't want your testosterone being affected by whatever issues you may run into like a deep deficit or shit sleep, up to you

my test has plummeted i feel it, i dont even need bloods to know im deficient in everything across the board because most of my calories are empty trash.

from today im doing refeeding program, lot of fats from eggs/butter/cheese and also some other shit like oysters

Sure, just supplement everything then

You should've been doing that since the start of your cut

If you’re still on it lower your dose so your appetite comes back and just focus on eating nutrient dense foods and a lot of protein.

You could also use supplements too.

I’m on 1.5mg but still trying my hardest to at least hit 100g protein daily

I hopped off it cold turkey after those few months, gained back 4kg, wanted to be good looking for the summer again so hopped back onto 5mg then hopped off cold turkey again, appetite coming back and im not gonna use it anymore, perhaps in the later future if i decide to cut but im gonna do it more smart
